Tuna Sandwich
Ingredients
-1 canned tuna
-2 tablespoons of onion
- 2 tablespoons of chopped carrot
-2 slices of bread
- 1 piece of lemon
Preparation
Put tuna into a bowl. Add onion and carrot. Season with lemon. Mix the ingredients and put them in the microwave for about 1 minute (when it’s cooked, the strong smell will be lessened). Spread the ingredients to the base slice. Build the sandwich and cut into little pieces.
Tips : The oil-packed tuna has good aroma and less fishy smell. Put the sandwich in the microwave before eating.

Salmon Steak
Ingredients
- 200 grams of salmon steak
- Steak sauce (butter, ketchup, pepper, Worcester sauce, sugar and black pepper)
Preparation
Grill the salmon with steak sauce. Once it’s cooked, add steak sauce on top of it.
Serve with green salad including tomato, chopped beetroot, carrot and cabbage.

Fish Noodles
Ingredients
- Soup stock 1 cup
- Chopped carrot1 tablespoon
- Ivy gourd5 leaves
- Chopped sea bass fish2 tablespoons
- Noodles¼ cup
- Chop ivy gourd, carrot, fish and noodles into small pieces.
- Boil carrot in the soup stock. Add noodles.
- Put the fish in the boiling soup and ivy gourds.
- Season a little. It’s ready to be served.
Preparation
Don’t forget that the 5 food groups are always the priority for your child’s development. Eating variety of food will give the child various nutrients that nurture the brain and the body.
