Children do not go to school during summer. It is better not to let them spending summer time doing nothing. Parents should find fun outdoor activities or take them to refresh themselves from the heat. Such activities are also useful for development of children. Let’s go to the sea
It is nice taking children to the sea in order to refresh themselves from the undesirable summer heat. Parents may choose to go to the sea that is not so far from home such as Pattaya and Bang_saen. Please do not forget to apply sunscreen lotion for children and wear them proper hats to protect them from the sunlight. When arrived at the sea, let children fully enjoy playing in the sea. When they finish playing, they must take shower and clean their body using specific products for children in order to prevent rashes caused by seawater and the sunlight.
Learn swimming
Besides being a good way to relieve from the summer heat, learning how to swim is an useful way to help development of children’s skill in using their body’s parts, including arms, legs, and the main body itself. It is also a way to practice children to improve their concentration. Besides, children may make some new friends too. So, learning to swim is the useful way to relieve both the heat and stress of parents.
Drawing
Mothers may organize drawing activity in the backyard or riding bicycles to do drawing in the park within the living village in order to have a closer touch of nature. By this way, it does not only relieve the body heat but also create warmth among family members with love and caring. As such, there is neither stress nor tiredness and children would not also be moody.
