          Summer in Thailand can be described as super heat. Pregnant woman usually and easily suffers from heat and sweating. Choosing appropriate clothes is very important. Let’s see our tips for choosing comfortable clothes during your pregnancy.

Fabric is important.

Choosing appropriate fabrics because, during pregnancy, not only your figure will change, your skin will become more sensitive during the 9 months. Fabrics such as cotton is recommended since its texture is light, comfort and breathable. In addition, satin or lycra are designed to stretch and accommodate a growing bump.

Avoid polyester since it is not breathable. You will feel uncomfortable or even upset with it. If your skin is sensitive, you should not wear wool or heavy fabric to reduce risk of irritation to your skin.

            Actually, you can wear what you always wear in daily life. There’s no need to invest your money for your new pregnancy closet.

-During the first trimester (1-3 months), you can wear what you have in the closet.

-During the second trimester (4-6 months), you might notice your body changes to make room for your growing baby. Choose the oversized clothes such as pants with different types of stretch panels or loose dress. If you want to buy new ones, go with oversized style so you can wear them through your third trimester.

-During the third trimester (7 months and above), your body will be stretched more particularly your thigh, abdomen and breast. You will feel discomfort as you stand, sit and walk. You should go for long or short dress to make your more comfortable with your routine activity. Choose something that makes you feel comfortable with light color so you can feel more relaxed.

            Avoid tightening dress that obstructs your blood circulation. In addition, you should buy seamless dress or the one that squeeze your abdomen. Otherwise, you will feel discomfort.

Tips : Washing detergent is something you cannot overlook. During pregnancy, your skin is prone to high sensitivity. Choosing chemical-free product is highly recommended in order to avoid irritation to the skin.
