Back massage
Ask your wife to sit in a comfortable position. Have your wife lie on her side with the pillows to support her body. Sit behind your wife. Legs massage

Toes massage
Have your wife lie down with pillows supporting her body. Sit by her foot. Hold her foot on one hand. Use another one to move her toes in circular motion. Press her foot forward and backward. Repeat for another side.
Foot massage
Hold her foot. Gently rub her foot. Avoid massaging her heel and ankle since it will make her hurt more.
Precautions for massage! Never massage with heavy strokes because the woman’s body is more sensitive during pregnancy. Gently and softly massaging your unclenched fist on your wife’s body to make her feel relaxed.
